The U.S. Department of Energy (National Energy Technology Laboratory, 3610 Collins Ferry Road (MS-107), P.O. Proposals are due by June 7, 2005.
System requirements for proposed projects include efficiencies of at least 50% (HHV), integrated coal gasification and CO2 separation processes. System cost must be $400/kW capacity or less for the fuel cell component by the end of Phase two of the project, which will comprise three phases.
