DVD News 07-18-2003 DVD NEWS-18 July 2003-DVDINSIDER: InterVideo Files for Initial Public Offering InterVideo announced the initial public offering of 2,800,000 shares of Common Stock at an initial public offering price of $14.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 420,000 additional shares of Common Stock from the Company solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
The shares are being offered through underwriters led by SG Cowen Securities Corporation and SoundView Technology Corporation.
