PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local EMAAR PROPERTIES PJSC is currently gearing-up to build a new resort area in the Emirates. In so doing, the company recently retained the services of PARSONS INTERNATIONAL of the UAE a subsidiary of US-based PARSONS CORP., and HILL INTERNATIONAL, also of the US, to act as project consultants.
The proposed development scheme will reportedly involve building: - 1800 villas, 50 chalets and 400 townhouses; - 2 golf courses one of which will spread out over 7,200 yards
and be built to international standards. The other will consist
of 6,400 yard desert course; - An equestrian center.
The new facility, to be sited in Dubai, is expected to cost $250,000,000 to complete.
