PROJECT OVERVIEW
The local TANMIYAT INVESTMENT GROUP is currently gearing-up to undertake a major real estate development project dubbed the Residential Legends that is expected to cost $1,900,000,000 to build. In do doing, the company recently awarded the infrastructure design contract to UK-based HYDER CONSULTING PLC.
According to the terms of the award, HYDER will be responsible for creating the infrastructure designs for the Dubailand-based project. The undertaking will comprise: - 5 commercial towers; - 5 luxury hotel apartments; - 12 residential towers; - 500 villas consisting of 5 bedrooms; - 150 luxury villas also including 5 bedrooms; - 200 4-bedroom villas;
