Each of ASQ's geographical sections must submit an annual section management plan (SMP) to headquarters. The Indianapolis section's SMP has typically focused on deliverables that could be completed within the current annual cycle. These projects have been based on what the section has always done and have included the incoming chair's own set of priorities.
