Wolters Kluwer North America acquires National Media Technologies Inc.

On February 21, Wolters Kluwer North America acquired National Media Technologies Inc. (NMT), a provider of digital document conversion and filing services for securities compliance. NMT wil become part of CCH Incorporated, Riverswood, Illinois, a provider of tax, securities and business law information and software, and a Wolters Kluwer North America company.

NMT is best known for its document service bureau, which handles all aspects of SEC legal filings. Customers can place, receive and monitor orders via the NMT web site, and also access and complete some SEC forms online.

National Media Technologies had 2001 fiscal revenues of approximately $5.4 million and employs about 40 people.
