Natural Gas Services Group Inc. (AMEX: NGS) completed an initial public offering (IPO) last week of 1.5 million common shares at $5 per share and 1.5 million common stock purchase warrants at 25 cents per warrant for $7,875,000 of gross proceeds. Neidiger, Tucker, Bruner Inc. was lead underwriter of a group that included Investors Capital Corp., Kashner Davidson Securities Inc., Berry Shino Securities Inc., Sterling Financial Investment Group Inc. and West Park Capital Inc. The Midland, Texas, natural gas compression services company granted the underwriters a 60-day option to buy 225,000 additional common shares and 225,000 more warrants to cover any over-allotments.
