Enterprise Products Partners LP (NYSE: EPD) filed a preliminary prospectus supplement for an offering of 8.7 million common units representing limited partner interests. The underwriters have a 30- day option to purchase an additional 1.305 million common units to cover overallotments.
Included in the offering are 650,000 common units to be offered to an entity or entities controlled by Dan L. Duncan, chairman of Enterprise's general partner, or members of Duncan's family, and 50,000 common units to be offered to O. S. "Dub" Andras, president and chief executive officer of Enterprise's general partner.
