Former EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman announced last week she has started her own consulting firm specializing in environmental issues.
The Whitman Strategy Group "will assist corporations, governments and countries interested in improving their environmental stewardship, as well as providing policy and regulatory expertise in energy and power, water and air quality, smart growth, homeland security and emergency response," a statement from the group said.
Whitman, who was also New Jersey's governor from 1994-2001, will be joined by several former EPA officials, including Eileen McGinnis, who was Whitman's chief of staff both at EPA and as governor. -Rachel Gantz
