Mike Bloxham is CEO of Netpoll, a UK-based media research firm that published ?Hands on TV,? one of the first studies on iTV user behaviour.

In an interview with Fiete Stegers of Van Dusseldorp & Partners , he explains the findings of the study, the processes involved in collating the data, and gives his view on how the adoption of interactive television services will evolve prior to speaking at the 4th Annual TV Meets the Web Seminar, May 16 and 17.

Q: Netpoll?s ?Hands on TV? is one of the first studies conducted on the iTV audience. What method was employed to collect this information?
