Sky has announced that it is in talks with gambling charity Gamcare, over the development of a safe scheme for all its iTV gambling services.
The talks will focus on methods of ensuring that underage and problem gamblers cannot access the sites, such as Attheraces, Ladbrokes and others.
As well as setting guidelines for the services, there is likely to be the addition of age verification technology, as well as information relating to gambling help groups, and the dangers of gambling and gaming themselves.
