Procter & Gamble, one of the world's most prolific advertisers, have thrown their considerable bulk behind iTV advertising in the UK.

This week saw the launch on Sky of an iTV ad for P&G's washing-up liquid brand, Fairy Liquid. The ad is being run in conjunction with a new Disney Film, 'Treasure Planet', and follows on from a successful collaboration with Disney last year in an iTV add that promoted cleaning product Flash along with 'Lilo & Stitch'. It runs to 9 March and features games, a 'Treasure Planet' movie trailer and information on P&G's 'collect toys' Fairy promotion. In a first for P&G, the iTV ad will be accompanied by a dedicated website.
