It really isn't rocket science

Dennis Tito is back on earth. He's the billionaire who paid the Russian space agency a reputed $20 million to realize his dream of travelling into space, causing no end of indignant outrage from NASA.

While this story may seem, literally, light years away from nonprofit management issues, the way Tito was treated is actually quite instructive as a role model for avoiding common mistakes in volunteer/employee relations.
