Daniel McCallum may have been in his current role for little more than a year, but already he has had a considerable impact on the Vodafone business and those around him. When the judges read about the job he holds down as marketing strategy specialist, they were surprised that a man so young and seemingly inexperienced had been given such a strategic role. The judges were intrigued, but by the end of the face-to-face interview, they fully understood why Vodafone put McCallum into a strategic position at such a young age.
