Brad Wilson, general manager of Microsoft CRM, recently visited New Zealand to support the launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. With increased concern over compliance around privacy, data storage and spam, the new software has some great new features designed to answer some of these challenges. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 helps manage and integrate information flows and most importantly it employs an easy-to-use and familiar environment just like Outlook, which integrates smoothly with Excel and Word documents.
