NEW YORK, Nov. 22 (AScribe Newswire) -- Jeremy Travis, President of John Jay College of Criminal Justice today announced that Christina Jewett and Dorothy Korber of the Sacramento Bee and Rick Tulsky of the San Jose Mercury News are the winners of the College's 2006 Excellence in Criminal Justice Reporting Awards. The awards presentation will take place on Thursday, Nov. 30, at a luncheon held in conjunction with the second annual Harry Frank Guggenheim Symposium: Changing the View of Crime in America, hosted by the Center on the Media, Crime and Justice.
