Seiko Instruments develop small SD-card for Air H. (Electronics).

Seiko Instruments Inc is to market a communications terminal Air H in the shape of a secure digital (SD) memory card. The terminal, which is currently under development, will measure 55 x 24 mm and weigh only 6 g.
With the terminal to be designed mainly to be installed in PDAs, it will be compatible with Palm devices such as the Palm m130, Palm m500, Palm m505, Palm m515 as well as the Toshiba GENIO e550G e550G/MD, e550X, e550X/MD, e550 and e550/MD.
SII said it also will make the SD card support more PDA models in the future.
