SBERBANK OF RUSSIA HAS GIVEN A LOAN TO "VOLGA-DNEPR" AVIATION COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF TWO AN11 RUSLAN PLANES.

A&G Information Services 11-16-1999 SBERBANK OF RUSSIA HAS GIVEN A LOAN TO "VOLGA-DNEPR" AVIATION COMPANY FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF TWO AN11 RUSLAN PLANES. ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA. The construction of the two planes will be carried out at the "Aviastar" works in Ulyanovsk.
The first plane is expected to be delivered by 2000. After the delivery of these two planes, the "Volga-Dnepr's" fleet of An 124-100 will increase to 10 planes and this will allow the company the strengthen its position in the world air freight market by its ability to carry super heavy and large sized goods.
