A&G Information Services 01-12-2001 ON DEC 15 THE INDEX OF RTS REACHED THE MINIMUM MEANING FOR 2000. ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA. During three days of bidding the index fell by 14.4% and returned to the level of mid Dec of 1999. Such low prices were explained by a fall in world oil prices.
