A&G Information Services 07-03-2001 RIGHT NOW RUSSIA DOES NOT NEED ANY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM IMF ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, JUL 1, 2001 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- Such was the statement made at a press conference by S. Fischer, the first deputy director of IMF, after his three-day visit to Moscow.
Nevertheless, he noted, that IMF was ready to provide financial aid to Moscow if ever needed.
