A&G Information Services 11-05-2001 NEW PROPERTY TAX IS APPROVED ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, NOV 5, 2001 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The deputies of the Moscow City Duma approved a bill about tax rates on the property of natural persons. Since 1996 Moscow City legislation established a unified tax rate for property of natural persons, according to which the owners of living and commercial quarters pay only 0,1% of the value of those quarters.
