In his opinionthe main topic of the negotiations would bequestions of measures against a crude oilprice decline. OPEC adheres to the positionthat for crude oil prices should remainbetween $ 22 and $ 28 a barrel. Russiaconsiders prices within the band of $ 20 - $25 a barrel to be optimal.
