A&G Information Services 04-05-2004 THE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE LAND CODE HAS BEEN CALLED IN QUESTION ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, APR 5, 2004 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The Constitutional Court of RF is hearing the case about constitutionality of the Land Code of RF. The cause for this affair gave the Murmansk regional Duma, which is challenging a number of the clauses of the Code, which allow the transfer of lands into the property of foreigners.
