A&G Information Services 05-03-2004 LORAL SPACE AND "ENERGY" ARE ESTABLISHING A JOINT VENTURE ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, MAY 1, 2004 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- American aerospace corporation Loral Space & Communications will form a joint venture with the Russian rocket and space corporation "Energy".
The partners intend to design a new generation of commercial space equipment noted for its compactness and low prime cost. Through such a union Loral is planning to improve its competitive position and "Energy" expects to broaden its international horizons.
