A&G Information Services 06-14-2004 "TRANSNEFT" WILL PAY RBL 2,377 BILLION IN DIVIDENDS TO THE STATE ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, (A&G News via COMTEX) -- Debates between state officials and managers of "Transneft" about dividends ended in compromise. The Board of directors of the company recommended declining of dividends on the state shareholding by one fourth of the sum, offered by officials, - from Rbl 3,16 billion to Rbl 2,377 billion.
