A&G Information Services 06-21-2004 RUSSIA MAKES EFFORTS TO GET OUT OF THE NUMBER OF ICF'S DEBTORS ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The Russian Ministry of Finances informed that in June it had made the first payment of $28,7 million on account of the debt to the International Monetary Fund.
