A&G Information Services 08-02-2004 RUSSIAN GAS MONOPOLIST "GAZPROM" WAS FORCED TO CONFESS TO A DECREASE IN RESERVES ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, JUL 31, 2004 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- In the course of an audit carried out by DeGolyer & McNaughton consulting company it was discovered that in 2003 the inventory increase of "Gazprom" was twice as low as that of its gas extraction volume.Estimation was made based on 19 gas reserves containing 90% of the gas extracted in Russia.
