A&G Information Services 08-23-2004 THE STATE DEBT OF ST.-PETERSBURG HAS DECLINED BY ONE FOURTH ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Aug 23, 2004 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- In the first half of 2004 the state debt of St.-Petersburg declined by 25,4% and on August 1 amounted to Rbl 9,784 billion, reads the news release of the city Committee of Finances.
