A&G Information Services 11-22-2004 RUSSIAN INSURANCE MARKET ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Nov 22, 2004 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The deputy head of the Office for management and financial control of the Federal Service for Insurance control (FSIC), Elizaveta Boiko admitted officially that in 2003 more than 40% of insurance receipts fell on the share of shady technologies.
