A&G Information Services 01-25-2005 AMALGAMATION OF "GAZPROM" AND "ROSNEFT" ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jan 25, 2005 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The chairman of "Gazprom" management, Alexey Miller announced completion of preparations to absorption of "Rosneft". The investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which estimated the deal's cost, is preparing it without participation of "Yuganskneftegaz, purchased by "Rosneft".
The announcement, made by the head of "Gazprom", is an answer to the words of the head of the Federal Agency for management of the Federal property, Valeriy Nazarov, which the day before forecast possibility of delays of the deal in connection with a necessity to overestimate "Rosneft". Now working out of a scheme of amalgamation of "Gazprom"...
