A&G Information Services 07-11-2005 THE STATE DUMA HAS RAISED PRICES FOR TOBACCO AND VODKA ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jul 11, 2005 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The State Duma has adopted on the first reading a bill on increase of excise tariffs. As excise tariffs are fixed in rubles, not in percents (as most of the other taxes), every year the government has to turn to the State Duma with a suggestion about their increase to the inflation level.
