A&G Information Services 09-26-2005 THE "UNITED RUSSIA" IS AGAINST REVISION OF PRIVATIZATION ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Sep 26, 2005 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- There are no reasons to be afraid of the forthcoming parliament and president elections, the stability in the state will be preserved and the policy, aimed at building of capitalism with a human face, will be continued, said the head of the State Duma's Committee for constitutional legislation and one of the leaders of "United Russia", Vladimir Pligin.
