A&G Information Services 01-02-2006 RATES OF OIL EXTRACTION HAVE DECREASED ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jan 02, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- In 2005 the growth in production of basic primary fuel and energy resources in Russia is expected at the level 1, 7% against 4, 8% in 2004.
