A&G Information Services 02-28-2006 DECREASE IN TEMPS OF THE INVESTMENTS' GROWTH IN JANUARY ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Feb 28, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- According to the data of Rosstat, in January the investments into the main capital amounted to 164,5 billion rbl, that is by 71,5% less, than in the December of the last year, but compared with the January 2005 they increased by 1,5%.
