A&G Information Services 03-20-2006 THE WAVE OF ROBBERIES HAS OVERWHELMED ST.-PETERSBURG ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Mar 20, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- The city office of the public prosecutor has summed the results of 2005. The prosecutor of St.-Petersburg, Sergey Zaitsev, said: "In the absence of coordinating role of district prosecutors the number of thefts increased from 92 to130%, robberies -from102 to 176%, and brigandage - from102 to 237%".
