A&G Information Services 04-03-2006 "UNITED RUSSIA" SUGGESTS INTRODUCING OF A STATE MONOPOLY ON SPIRIT ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Apr 03, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- A bill, fixing a state monopoly on turnover of ethyl spirit, has been introduced to State Duma, informed the chairman of the lower chamber of the Russian parliament, Boris Gryzlov.
