A&G Information Services 05-01-2006 LUKOIL WILL BUY ITS OWN SHARES ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, May 01, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- LUKOIL can buy part of its shares at the market after an American ConocoPhillips increases its share in the charter capital of the Russian company to 20%.
In the I quarter of 2006 ConocoPhillips increased its share in the charter capital of LUKOIL to 17, 1%, In March the chairman of administration of the American company, James Malva, said that till the end of the year ConocoPhillips planned to increase its share in LUKOIL to 20%.
