A&G Information Services 05-08-2006 "GAZPROM" HAS COME TO AN AGREEMENT WITH BASF ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, May 08, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- "Gazprom" and German BASF have made the agreement about interchange of the assets. "Gazprom" will increase its part in Russian-German JV Wingas to 50% minus 1 share and get a part in the capital of one of Wintershall group companies (a 100%-daughter of BASF), owning some parts in exploring and producing assets.
BASF/ Wintershall in its turn will get 25% minus 1 share and 10% of non-voting shares in "Severneftegazprom". Thus, BASF/Wintershall will own 35% minus 1 share in South Russian field. Besides, "Gazprom" on a par with BASF will create JV "Wingaz Europe" to sell gas in European countries. URL:...
