A&G Information Services 06-20-2006 THE MINISTRY OF FINANCING CONTINUES TO INTENSIFY THE BUDGET SURPLUS ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jun 20, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- For the 1st 5 months of the year the Federal budget got 2397 billion rbl of incomes and only 1508 billion rbl were spent from more than 2023 billion allotted.
