A&G Information Services 06-26-2006 "GAZPROM" WANTS TO BECOME THE WORLD LEADER ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jun 26, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- OAO "Gazprom" hopes to become the largest company in the world in the size of capitalization, said the chairman of the board of directors of the company, Alexander Ryazanov at an annual conference for investors.
By 2010 the level of gas extraction by "Gazprom" should increase to 560 billion cubic meters (last year the company extracted 547, 9 billion cubic meters).
