A&G Information Services 07-24-2006 THE USA AND GEORGIA STOPPED RUSSIA ON THE APPROACHES TO WTO ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Jul 24, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- On July 14 another round of talks between the USA and Russia on the terms of joining WTO by Russia was over. The head of the Ministry of Economic Development, German Gref, and the trade representative of the USA, Suzan Schwab couldn't come to an agreement: this time Russian rules of phyto-sanitary control became a stumbling block.
