A&G Information Services 08-22-2006 AN ANTIMONOPOLY SERVICE HAS LOST A CASE AGAINST "GAZPROM" AND "SIBUR" ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, Aug 22, 2006 (A&G News via COMTEX) -- FAS accused these companies and their branches of collusion and increase in wholesale prices for liquefied gas by 76, 4% in August 2004.
It demanded from the companies to return to the budget Rbl 150 million of revenues, got in unjust way. But the Moscow Arbitral Court decided that the companies traded in gas not depending on one another and the growth in prices for gas was dictated by the situation on the market.
