SUNNWALE CA -- ECOENERGIES, Inc. and POWERLIGHT Corporation announced that the two companies have entered into a strategic distribution agreement. EcoEnergies will provide PowerLight's PowerGuard[R] insulation solar electric roof tiles for flat and low sloping roofs.
PowerGurad, PowerLight's flagship solar electric product, is ideal for flat roofs because it's very easy to install and does not require roof penetration. The patented, lightweight photovoltaic (PV) roofing assembly delivers clean solar electricity to the building while protecting the roof from damaging effects of weather and UV radiation. Moreover, the insulation properties of PowerGuard reduce energy costs for heating and cooling, especially during hours of peak electrical demand.
