AICPA Congratulates 2007's "Women to Watch"

Since 2005, the AICPA's Women's Initiatives Executive Committee has partnered with several state CPA societies, along with Robert Half International, to honor outstanding women in the profession through the Women to Watch awards. The awards are designed to highlight women in the profession who not only excel in their workplace, but who also give back to the profession through mentoring and to their community through civic involvement.

The awards are given in two categories: Emerging Leaders and Experienced Leaders. Emerging Leaders are women who are up-and-coming stars in their organizations, while Experienced Leaders have established their roles as leaders in their organizations by advancing to the highest levels of management or ownership and by mentoring those following in...
