LibanCell demands end to Naaman allegations

Former mobile-phone operator LibanCell released a statement urging former Telecommunications Minister Issam Naaman to put an end to his public comments against the company.
In a statement, LibanCell, which ran one of Lebanon's two cellular networks based on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) contract, said the company had hesitated to reply to Naaman's latest allegations in the public forum as his accusations of breach of contract had already been dismissed by an International Arbitration Commission.
