Starcomms in fresh network expansion moves

NIGERIA

Starcomms Limited, Nigeria's foremost private telecommunication industry operator, has entered into a financial agreement to obtain a loan worth $23 million (about N32 billion) from the China Export Import Bank.

The loan, which is first of its kind to be obtained from a non-governmental organization in the country, is to be used for the continuing expansion of the advanced network operation of the telecoms company into several other urban cities across the country.
