Oman's Ministry of Economics has revealed the telecommunications-related subscription figures for March 2007. Incumbent Omantel's landline user base was 268,153 by the end of March , with 84 percent of these being postpaid subscribers. The remaining 16 percent were users of the Sahl prepaid service.
