Basic Energy Services Inc., Midland, Texas, (NYSE: BAS) has closed its acquisition of Texas-based JetStar Consolidated Holdings Inc. for approximately $45 million in cash, $35 million in stock and $38 million in assumed debt in a total deal valued at $118 million.JetStar provides pressure-pumping equipment in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, and Basic will combine the JetStar operations with its own pressure-pumping assets.Basic Energy Services Inc., Midland, Texas, (NYSE: BAS) plans to acquire Midland-based Sledge Drilling Holding Corp.
