Symon Communications joins Nortel Select Product Program in EMEA

Symon Communications Ltd., a leading global provider of real-time communications solutions for the call center industry, has been chosen by Mortel to join its Select Product Program (SPP) in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
The program is the top tier of Nortel's Developer Program, which provides members with the opportunity to develop and deliver leading-edge customer solutions. Symon's selection was based on Nortel's analysis of Symon's business plan as well as customer input.
