PROJECT OVERVIEW:
LG ELECTRONICS, of South Korea, currently operates a television manufacturing plant in Mlawa about 100 kms north of Warsaw, Poland. And, the company is currently considering whether it should invest another $50,000,000 in view of expanding its production capacity.
According to Young Kyu Choi, LE ELECTRONICS President, his company's investment is dependent, among other considerations, on the Polish government's intention to provide his company with special incentives.
LG ELECTRONICS employs a total staff of about 51,300 worldwide and is considered to be South Korea's largest manufacturer of electronic products.
